Multiple Microsoft 365 Search, Restore, and Activity Improvements

Enhanced
  • Added Advanced Options to the restore dialog for SharePoint list items, documents, folders, libraries, and lists when restoring to the original location. Options vary by item type and may include version handling, overwrite behavior, and permissions restore.
  • Search results now support selecting multiple items of the same type at once, with Download and Restore buttons available for the selection, matching the behavior of Advanced Search.
  • Added search filters and criteria selection directly on the Advanced Search results page, allowing users to refine results without returning to the search configuration.
  • Added a Restore Type field to the Activity page and restore session detail panel, showing whether a session was a Standard, Bulk, or Granular restore.
  • Improved the performance of the Activity page (Audit Logs, Backup Sessions, Restore Sessions), including faster loading, filtering, and CSV export.
  • Added a Status filter to the notifications list, allowing users to filter notifications by All, Unread, or Read. The list updates immediately when the filter is changed.
  • The Recent activity column on the Workload Tenants page now shows the last backup time consistent with what is shown on the Overview and Activity pages.
