Vault now sends email notifications at each stage of the deletion process, giving you better visibility into when data is scheduled for removal:
- Deletion initiated – Sent as soon as a deletion request is submitted.
- Deletion warning – Sent 5 days before the scheduled deletion, giving you a final window to cancel or intervene if needed.
- Deletion confirmed – Sent once the deletion has completed.
