Now available in Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365, Veeam Intelligence is an integrated, AI-powered assistant that helps users quickly access backup and restore best practices. Using natural-language queries, admins can get clear, contextual guidance for common tasks such as environment setup, backup and recovery requirements, basic troubleshooting, and restore workflows (e.g., “How do I restore a file?”). This reduces the effort needed to find answers and helps improve productivity. The result is more efficient backup operations and greater confidence when performing restores.

Getting Started

Veeam Intelligence is included by default with Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365. To use it, customers must opt in for the organization. This can be found under Settings > AI.
