Columbus, Ohio, February 8, 2010– Veeam Software, award-winning provider of systems management tools for VMware virtual datacenter environments, today announced that the Veeam nworks Management Pack (MP) for VMware has achieved VMware Ready status. This designation indicates that the Veeam nworks MP has passed a detailed evaluation and testing process managed by VMware and is now listed on the VMware Partner Product Catalog.
Passing the extensive VMware-specified testing helps ensure that the Veeam nworks MP makes best use of VMware technology and is ready for deployment in customer environments.
The Veeam nworks MP for Microsoft and Veeam nworks Smart Plug-in (SPI) for HP were among the first management products to receive VMware Ready status in September 2008 when VMware first introduced the verification. Now, nworks connectors are again among the first products to receive the qualification for the updated program VMware Ready for vSphere.

In addition to achieving VMware Ready status, the Veeam nworks MP listing in the Microsoft System Center Catalog has been updated with the new version 5.0 and can be seen on the new Microsoft Pinpoint site.
