Melissa Palmer was a senior technologist on the product strategy team at Veeam. Melissa has been focused on the full infrastructure stack in her career and started out as a VMware engineer for several enterprise environments. She held roles such as systems engineer, solutions architect, and technical marketing engineer.

Billy Cashwell is the principal product marketing manager for Veeam Data Platform at Veeam. He has over 30 years in the data protection industry with great experience in many roles ranging from IT admin, technical support, sales, and product management, all primarily focused on data protection and recovery. In marketing at Veeam, Billy is extremely relationship-focused, actively works for the customer, and thrives on direct conversations and speaking with current and prospective Veeam customers.
