You can run data collection for Veeam ONE Web Client manually. This can be required when automatic data collection is disabled, the reports do not show any relevant information, or if you want to collect data between scheduled collection sessions.
To manually start a data collection session:
You can also use Scheduling and set the collection start closer to the beginning of the business day. Generally, the task can take up to 2 hours to complete. The exact time depends on the infrastructure size and the current resource usage. You can also schedule the tasks to run several times per day in case you would like to see the most recent data in reports.
NOTE: When you manually start the Data Collection task, Veeam ONE will collect the data from all connected servers.
NOTE: In case some of the tasks failed, open the Sessions tab and see the details by clicking on the most recent record.
