A Tape Job or tape-related task (Inventory, Catalog, or Restore) fails with errors:
'<VeeamServerName>' isn't current owner. You have to change current owner Job has been terminated Error: '<VeeamServerName>' isn't current owner. You have to change current owner
Failed to inventory tape <TapeName> Error: '<VeeamServerName>' isn't current owner. You have to change current owner
Cannot restore from tape library <LibraryName> because server <VeeamServerName> is not a library owner
These issues occur when the Tape Server is added to a different Veeam Backup Server.
Veeam Backup & Replication does not support sharing tape devices with other Veeam Backup Servers.
To resolve this issue, reclaim the Tape Server with the Veeam Backup Server where errors occur.
If reclaiming ownership does not resolve the issue, please open a Veeam Support case.
